Carlos Reynaldo comes from decades of selling and marketing in the area across several different industries. With his mortgage lending services, he’s targeting real estate agents in a specific print publication for real estate in the greater LA area. Most agents he’s working with are millennials or nearly so–in their 30s and early 40s. His aim is to approach clients as a win-win: by offering ideas and support to one another, everyone benefits (including the real estate buyer). But Carlos’ style is bold and sassy. He’s not afraid to run with the big dogs or stroll with the small cats. He wanted to create a series of print ads to run weekly to build character and distinction in a style that’s fresh and not too serious.
